White Villages of Andalucia Walk

One of our most popular tours! This guided walk combines gentle walking to the nearby white villages of Sedella, Salares and Cómpeta with visits to the caves at Nerja and a day in Málaga, the birthplace of Picasso.

You stay throughout in the fabulous Finca el Cerrillo, a 200-year old olive mill with pool and beautiful gardens.  The food here is superb with menus relying on fresh, local produce enjoyed all fresco on warm evenings.

On our Guided Walk through the Algarve we’ll visit Cabo de São Vicente; Europe’s southern most western tip and the starting point for the great explorers. Next, we follow the Rota Vincentina trail alongside flower-filled meadows to the Fishermen’s Trail – this rugged coastline is quite simply mind-blowing – ending the day at Odeceixe Beach, one of the most photographed in Portugal.  Our final nights of the trip are in the Serra de Monchique, and drive to Fóia peak for memorable views from the highest point in the Algarve.
