Bringing Beijing a few steps closer

With the 2008 Olympic games just wrapping up, there’s no better time to think about getting into shape. We all know that exercise is a good thing; however finding the time/motivation to get started can often be as much of a challenge as the activity itself.

Here are just a few reasons to put your best foot forward
1. By walking you are actively contributing to the fight against global warming.

2. Walking strengthens your heart, bones and your muscles, and is an excellent
Cardiovascular exercise. It’s a great way to get in the recommended 10,000
steps a day!
3. Walking is economical, so think of all the money you could save on fuel
and parking. Think before you drive less than a mile, and remember walking
boots are cheaper than tires and will certainly last a lot longer!
